A thinking partner

Everyone thinks. Not everyone is a thinker.

Bring me whatever's keeping you stuck — a decision, a crossroads, a problem you've turned over a hundred times. We think it through together, and you leave with a clearer head and a way forward.

The cost of staying stuck

Indecision and being stuck cost time, money, and energy.

Most people don't need more information. They need someone to think with — out loud, honestly, without judgement — so the noise settles and the right move becomes obvious. Staying stuck is rarely about not knowing.

What this actually is

Not coaching. Not consulting.
A thinking partner.

No worksheets, no five-step framework. You bring something real — a career move, a business call, a relationship, a direction you can't see clearly — and I do what I've done my whole life: listen properly, find the pattern you're too close to see, and help you reach the answer that's right for you.

Once I understand the situation, the ideas come. They always have.

A bit about me

Hi, I'm Marijus.

I've been the person people come to with their problems since I was a kid — the one whose word tended to settle it. I've spent my life studying what makes people and situations tick: psychology, human behaviour, philosophy, business, the way the world actually works.

I read it, watch it, turn it over constantly — and somewhere along the way it became instinct. Give me enough of the picture and I'll see the pattern. That's what I do here: not advice from a distance, but thinking, properly, alongside you.

FAQ

What exactly is a thinking partner?

Someone you think with — out loud, honestly — about whatever's got you stuck. Not a coach with a programme or a consultant with a deck. Just a sharp, honest mind across the table who helps you see your own situation clearly and find the move that's right for you.

How is this different from coaching or therapy?

Coaching tends to run on frameworks and set programmes. Therapy looks at your past and your wellbeing. This is simpler and more immediate: you bring a live problem or decision, and we think it through together until it's clearer. It's not a replacement for therapy or professional advice — it's the conversation you wish you could have with someone who actually gets it.

What kind of problems can I bring?

Anything real. A career move, a business decision, a relationship, a direction you can't see clearly, a choice you've been circling for weeks. If it's keeping you up at night, it's the right thing to bring.

How does it work?

Start with a free 15-minute call. Tell me what's on your mind. If it clicks, we keep going — no programme to sign up to, no pressure either way.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Just turn up with the thing on your mind, as messy and half-formed as it is. Making sense of the mess together is the whole point.

Your problems become my problems.
